Meeting Rooms
The SURFCiTY Centre can accommodate your small or large conference, from 10 to 750 delegates. Our purpose built 750 seat main auditorium boasts a state of the art sound and lighting system including 2 large projection screens, which means you don’t have to worry about hiring an outside company to take care of your AV needs, we can do it all in house. This, coupled with the 4.5m x 12m existing stage completes your event with minimum hassle!
Our second auditorium offers seating to a maximum of 250 people (theatre style) with the ability of changing the seating set up into a classroom or U- shape style. This auditorium also comes with its own sound system and 1 large overhead projector and screen and stage. This is perfect for your smaller conferences or events.
We also have a ready set up lecture room available that can seat 30-35 delegates comfortably. This comes equipped with a whiteboard, lectern and microphone. If you’re looking to host a more intimate much smaller meeting, we offer a boardroom that comfortably seats 12 around the table.
The SURFCiTY Centre also has a brand new cafe in our larger foyer that can seat up to 30 people at a table or up to 75 in a more casual setting. We can have this fully staffed for your event if you are interested in giving your delegates a special bonus of a freshly made latte and cake for morning or afternoon tea.
